ARMR PPF Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

This return policy applies only to ARMR PPF products, for other Wrap Fresh products, please see the Wrap Fresh Return Policy. 

ARMR PPF Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at wrapfreshco@gmail.com or fill out our Help Form. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your product. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. See below for details. Please do not return an item without written approval from Wrap Fresh, as this may result in forfeiting your return. Please take note of the restocking fee listed below. To qualify for a return, you must meet the following requirements.

  • The return must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your product.
  • The roll must be in the condition that you received it in once returned.
  • The roll must be in its original, undamaged box.
  • The roll can not be used, damaged, cut, unrolled, or untaped. 

Restocking Fee
All ARMR PPF returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee that will be subtracted from your total refund for all returns. Wrap Fresh will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 

Return Shipping
ARMR by Wrap Fresh is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is up to the customer to correctly package the contents and return the product to Wrap Fresh.

Damaged or Defective Product Returns
If your product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, you may be eligible for a free replacement. Please inspect your order within 10 days of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package was damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim through the carrier. If the product is defective, you may be asked to return the product so that it may be evaluated by Wrap Fresh. ARMR PPF Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your ARMR PPF order, please email Wrap Fresh at wrapfreshco@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order. Important Note: Orders that have already been fulfilled can not be cancelled and instead will be processed as a return and subject to a 25% restocking fee. All orders marked Ready To Ship are fulfilled within 1 business day (Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm MT) and do not qualify for cancellations once fulfilled. All orders marked Made To Order (MTO) or Production Lead Time begin production within 1 business day and can not be cancelled once production has begun. 

Refunds
You may be entitled to a full refund if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect. All returned ARMR PPF rolls are subject to a 25% restocking fee and will be subtracted from your total refund for any returns initiated after the 24 hour window. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at wrapfreshco@gmail.com and also contact your bank.
