Wrap Fresh RETURNS

This page is for Wrap Fresh products only. For ARMR products, please visit the ARMR Return Policy.

Wrap Fresh offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not apply to ARMR PPF products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original unopened packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at wrapfreshco@gmail.com. Include your order number and the email address used to place the order. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Damages and Issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item(s), or item(s) are defective, please email us as soon as possible at wrapfreshco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition and the packaging. Once your package has left our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping company to accurately handle and deliver your package. Wrap Fresh is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages and you may be required to file a claim with the shipping company. We will do everything we can to assist in this situation.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at wrapfreshco@gmail.com and also contact your bank.

Wrap Fresh Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your Wrap Fresh order, please email Wrap Fresh at wrapfreshco@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order. Important Note: Orders that have already been fulfilled can not be cancelled and instead will be processed as a return and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
